The first two are dated April 1945 and June 1946
and state Sgt Nead's date of death as 2 April 1945.
The final Battle Casualty Report is dated April 1948 and
date of death is corrected to 26 May 1945.

Following the first Battle Casualty Report is the
Finding of Death of Missing Person
This form is issued one year and one day following
the last known date that the person was alive.
Sgt Nead's Date of Death is presumed to be 3 April 1945.

There are two Reports of Death with the first issued
3 July 1946 and date of death 2 April 1945.
In April 1948 a corrected report was issued
with date of death corrected to 26 May 1945.
