1/4 c. molasses 1 egg 1 t. each baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon ½ t. cloves |
Beat together half of the flour with remaining ingredients till thouroughly
combined. Beat or stir in remaining flour. Shape dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until tops are cracked and cookies appear set.
