6 ounce bag of mini choc bits
2 egg whites
tiny pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
green or red or whatever color food coloring you want!
Beat together egg whites, salt, cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Also add a few drops of your favorite food color.
Then clean off beaters and fold in the 6 ounces of chocolate bits.
Drop on greased cookie sheet very close together (they will not run).
Put into a preheated oven of 325 degrees and immediately shut oven off.
Leave in oven over night.
HINTS: THESE ARE GREAT FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN COLORED GREEN AND RED.
