Pumpkin Oatmeal drops

From the Farm Journal--Homemade Cookies
3/4 cup butter or regular margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned or freshed cooked pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream together butter & sugar. Beat in eggs. Add pumpkin & vanilla.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Stir into creamed mixture. Add oats, coconut, & nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes.

Remove cookies to rack & let cool.
