The first two documents are pages from Missing Air Crew Report 14593. This report would have been filed with the 73rd Bomb Wing HQ within 48-72 hours after the B-29 was missing.

The crew's initial status was Missing in Action and it would not be until after the end of the War that each man's status was updated.
