The below page is the clearest and easiest to read. The following four pages are blurry and difficult. However, there are important details that relate to both
SSgt Flanagan and Lt Foley.

In particular, it is quite possible that the actual date of execution is not the same as the official date. This situation also appears in the last page of the Yokohama Trial summary where the date of the execution is qualified by : " Dates not positive ".

Elizabeth Ridgway wrote this Report of Death and in Paragraph 9 indicates the difficulty in establishing correct dates of death using Japanese documents.
