6 ounce bag of mini choc bits 2 egg whites tiny pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla green or red or whatever color food coloring you want! |
Beat together egg whites, salt, cream of tartar until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Also add a few drops of your favorite food color. Then clean off beaters and fold in the 6 ounces of chocolate bits. Drop on greased cookie sheet very close together (they will not run). Put into a preheated oven of 325 degrees and immediately shut oven off. Leave in oven over night. HINTS: THESE ARE GREAT FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN COLORED GREEN AND RED. |
