4 cups regular rolled oats 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup water (about) |
Beat eggs; blend in sugar & butter/margarine. Sift together flour, baking powder, & soda. Stir into egg mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding enough water to moisten well. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (~350 F) for about 15 minutes. Remove cookies to rack & cool. |
