Yokoyama Military Parade Grounds

Execution at Fukuse-cho
Page 1

UPDATED 3 MARCH 2023

Documents in SSgt Augunas' IDPF state the location of his
execution as ( Yokohama-mura ) Yokoyama-mura.
However, no coordinates are provided.

This is actually an area rather than a specific location.
Documents from other sources state Fukuse ( Fukuze ) .

The first document is a page from POW Research Network Japan and
states the execution taking place in Fukuse-cho, Izumi-shi.

This is followed by a Google map of this location and
two maps from the Perry Castaneda Map Collection at the University of Texas, Austin.

The coordinates are not precise but provide an approximate location
where the execution took place.
