The below pages are true copies of pages from the original Missing Air Crew Report.
There is no date in the first two pages but the typewritten information indicates that this was prepared following Sgt Ray F Hopper's release from the Omori POW Camp.
EUS = Evacuated ( Returned ) to the United States.

A clearer picture is in the third document where the status of Sgt Hopper is stated as EUS.

Lt Law's date of death is stated as 2 April 1945 while the
other nine men's date of death is 26 May 1945.
There is no indication as to which of these men had been identified at the time of this report.
