The first page of Official Documents contains three Battle Casualty Reports (BCR)
and one Finding of Death.

The second and third BCR have handwritten or typewritten notations
indicating that a Special Letter will be sent to the next of kin.

This same terminology is stated in the last document in the
Missing Air Crew Report section ( second page ).

This letter is not found in Sgt McMillen's IDPF
