The first one is the Wing Total followed by the 499th Bomb Group.
Note that Lt Rubinstein's name is incorrectly spelled.

The second page contains four pages from the mission report consisting of two from 73rd Bomb Wing Consolidated Statistics and two from XXI Bomber Command.

Navigation charts from Saipan to the target in Japan are in the third page. These are simple with notation of when the first and last B-29s passed over a certain point.
