SSgt Alfred John McNamara's name appears in the Courts of the Missing at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.

SSgt McNamara is honored at the bottom of this page.

His Memorial Marker is beneath the
two photos of Mount Hope Cemetery, Valentine, Nebraska

I have been unable as of this date ( 21 October 2020 ) to locate a record of who requested this memorial marker. My best guess is his brother,
A2c Patrick McNamara, who appears in the Correspondence section.
