Sgt William Henry Osborne
Eastern District Tokyo Kempei Tai Headquarters
Identification
Page 1

Two remains were in the grave where Sgt William Henry Osborne was recovered.
In addition, one flight jacket with OSBORNE was in this grave.

Identification was fairly straight forward with
the main difficulty being which of the two was Sgt Osborne.

Within these three pages are documents and letters detailing the process.

In Page 2 is a document titled CASE HISTORY OF UNKNOWN DECEASED.
Within are the steps taken to resolve which of the two remains was that of Sgt Osborne.

All the documents in the three pages of Identification are easy to read
and no further commentary will be presented.
