Recovery of remains at the Tokyo Military Prison took place
during 14 - 21 February 1946.
The first document is the Marriage License Application for
Urban Gregory Klug and Alberta Christina Richmond ( widow ).
This is dated November 1947.
Sgt Richmond was declared Missing in Action in
the first Battle Casualty Report issued 25 April 1945.
The Date of Casualty is 2 April 1945
A Finding of Death was issued on 3 April 1946.
This is issued one year and one day following the death of
an individual who has yet to be recovered or identified.
In some of these documents is a reference to Public Law 490.
