The first two pages list 62 men who died in the Tokyo Military Prison Fire. There are 37 unknowns in this list and their names match those in the document [ Identification of WWII Deceased ] in the third page.

This document was found in each of the three IDPFs used to create Case History 111.

Although there is no date on this document it appears to have been written late in the process, sometime in 1948 or 1949.

The last document on this page is a small scale diagram titled Partial Detail of No. 4 Cell Block. This came from Michael Krehl via what appears to be NARA. The full size can be found on DPAA Page 3
