YOKOHAMA TRIAL T-123
REVIEW OF THE STAFF JUDGE ADVOCATE

Six of the pages from the complete file ( 51 Pages ) follow this introduction.

These pages have a very complete description of the trial, the execution,
and the burial at both the Yokoyama Military Parade Grounds and the Sanadyama Military Cemetery.

In addition, there is clarification concerning names that appear
in other documents within SSgt Augunas' pages.

In particular, Lt Murray Gray's name appears in
Case History 328, Recovery, and Disinterment documents.

However, there is nothing stating how he learned that
both Lt Nelson and SSgt Augunas were buried in Sanadayama.

In PAGE 23 a RED * is next to the word Concealment.

Within this paragraph is a sentence that Uchiyama made
truthful statements to Lt Gray about what took place.
Date of this statement was 17 December 1945

For those who would like to read these six pages
as well as the complete Trial Review, a word of caution.

Some of the descriptions are graphic and may be disturbing
