DATED 27 JANUARY 1947
Four of the ten pages are below and are followed by one page from
Yokohama Trial T-123

Some details of the three burial / recovery sites are presented and
the dates of disinternment are stated for each location.
Each remains recovered was assigned an X-number.
The first was X-1 and the final two X-54 ( SSgt Augunas ) and X-55
( Lt Nelson ) .
In the second page there is a red * next
to Paragraph 3 (d).
This continues to the third page.
At first glance you may think that Lt Nelson and SSgt Augunas
were executed within the area of Osaka.
Their execution took place on 18 July 1945 at the Yokoyama Military
Parade Grounds
located 10-15 miles south and east of Osaka.
Their remains were buried in graves that had already been dug that
morning.
Around 23 or 24 August 1945 their remains were
exhumed, cremated, and placed into two boxes.
These boxes were transported to Sanadayama
Military Cemetery and
buried in an isolated location.

The only clue as to how Lt Gray became aware of this location is in
the last page.
This is from Yokohama Trial T-123, Review of the Staff Judge Advocate
A red * is next to Concealment.
Uchiyama was one of the 8 accused .
This statement was made on 18 December 1945
