The first of these three documents is the
Battle Casualty Report issued March 1945.

Sgt Janecek's first name was verified to be Robert
and date of casualty 19 February 1945.

This is followed by two Reports of Death.

The first, issued 11 January 1946 states Sgt Janecek's death as 19 February 1945,
the day that Z Square 12 was rammed and lost.

This incorrect date of death is corrected to 6 March 1945
in the second version dated 12 June 1946.
