At the main page of the POW Honor Roll is a link to Case History 111.
In there are approximately 200 documents taken from
the Individual Deceased Personnel Files of several men within the Honor Roll.

I do not know how many pages of documents there are
in the original Case History 111.

What you will find within these pages is a very small sample.

Page 4 contains a document titled Central Identification Point
dated 4 February 1949.

At the bottom of the first page is:
" X-209 may be identified as Sgt John W Meagher "
