Two of the below pages are the Report of Recovery by Team #1.

Each has the notation
" no skull discovered "
and one is dated 18 February 1946.

Sgt Pasternak was designated as Unknown X-Z at the Tokyo Military Prison
and then X-207 when he was reburied at USAF Cemetery Yokohama #1.

Following this are three pages dated 19 June 1947
with Sgt Pasternak still listed as Unknown X-207.

The last page has a skeletal diagram and at the lower left corner are the words
I.D. Team Philrycom.

This suggests that the Mobile Identification Team from Manila
was at Yokohama at this time.

This Team was accumluating information
that eventually led to Sgt Pasternak's identification.
