The first two documents summarize where and when remains were recovered at Osaka.

Details begin in page 3 and jump to page 6 where Unknown X-28 ( Sgt Sparks ) appears.

You will notice that some of the recovered remains have one Unknown X number while others have two.

Those identified in the field at Osaka have a single number.
Those not identified were transfered to USAF Cemetery Yokohama #1 and have two.
