Some of the documents in Sgt Strong's IDPF state that A-16 crashed at Mt Sanjo
while others state Mount Omine. Both are correct.

What is not correct is the map from
the Missing Air Crew Report showing A-16 being lost at sea.

The last document is from the 73rd Bomb Wing Mission Report and
within Paragraph 4 is the statement underlined in blue :
