Next is the first Report of Death dated 21 May 1946.
This is one month following his remains being
Identified in the Field.

His date of death remains 26 June 1945.
There is nothing in this document to indicate how Mrs Wall was notified.

The third document is a second
Battle Casualty Report
Dated 2 April 1947.

Sgt Wall's status has been changed to Killed in Action
with date of death 15 August 1945.
In the lower half of the document are the words :

Killed in Action While a POW of the Japanese Government.
Draft of letter to E.A. to be submitted.

The last document is the
Corrected Report of Death
dated 9 April 1947.
Sgt Wall's date of death was corrected to
15 August 1945
