Seven of the nine documents in these two pages are forms issued by the War Department. They include Battle Casualty Reports, Finding of Death, Report of Interment, and Report of Death.

The Finding of Death was issued on 4 December 1945, one year and one day after the loss of Rosalia Rocket. At this time Col Brugge's status was not known and the date is the presumed date of death.

On the second page are documents titled Report of Death. Two of the pages are from a Memorandum to the Chief, Casualty Branch, and the third is a formal Report of Death.
