The defendant in this Review of the Staff Judge for Trial 369 is KEIJIRO OTANI.

OTANI is found Guilty of Specification 2 that begins on the second page and continues to the third.
Lt Houghton's name appears in the list of men, but there are so many exceptions that I cannot tell if he is included in the charges.

The word ' poisoning ' appears in Specification 5 at the bottom of the third page, continuing to the fourth page. Nine men are listed in this Specification but if I am reading this correctly,
seven, including Lt Houghton, were eliminated from the charge.

One of the two remaining men is Sgt William H Osborn [ correct spelling Osborne ] of the 499th Bomb Group. His name appears on page 6 along with Corporal Jack Krone where details of their poisoning are presented.
