The first documents are the front and back sides of
Sgt Janecek's Registration Card.
This is dated 30 June 1942 and his employer was
an appliance company in Cleveland Ohio.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on 27 November 1942
at Camp Perry Lacarne in Ohio.

At the bottom of this page is his list of stations.

Pvt Janecek's first assignment was at Gulfport, Mississippi,
from December 1942 through July 1943.

This was followed by several schools
from July 1943 through February 1944.

While Sgt Janecek was at Clovis AAF, New Mexico,
he may have been assigned to the 500th Bomb Group.

In March 1944 the 500th Bomb Group was
transferred to Walker AAF, Victoria, Kansas.

Sgt Janecek's name appears with the Samuelson Crew ( # 106 )
at Walker AAF in the 30 May 1944 roster.
