Sgt Clifford Arnold Myhra's journey home began with the removal of his remains from
USAF Mausoleum Manila #1 on 9 August 1948.

The path of his return home is within the Record of Custodial Transfer.
His remains were placed on board USAT Sgt Morris E Crane on 19 August 1948.

The ship arrived at Fort Mason, San Francisco, 23 September 1948.
From there his remains were transported by rail to the
Kansas City Distribution Center ( DC-9), arriving 4 October 1948.
The family was notified that his remains were to arrive in Fargo
by rail around 26 October 1948.

In Page 2 are telegrams and letters dated in mid September 1948
verifying family information concerning where remains were to be delivered.
