On 21 February 1949 a letter was sent to the Superintendent, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Within is a request to have records changed to E.R. Butterworth and Sons, Seattle.

Another letter was sent on 21 February 1949 to Mr Olson from the AGRS
noting that recent changes have been effected.

A third letter dated 21 February 1949 is from HQ San Francisco Port of Embarkation
to The Quartermaster General of the Army.
The subject is : Change to Disinterment Directive

An Intraoffice Reference Sheet date 17 March 1949 request letter to Mr Olson stating that
the Golden Gate National Cemetery ( San Bruno ) as burial site.
