Yokohama Trial T 328 took place from 2 August 1948 through 2 January 1949.
Below are selected pages from the
Review of the Staff Judge Advocate.

The complete document contains 157 pages and
can be viewed in PDF format below .

Source of this file is Philipps University Marburg

Sgt Raymond Shiber's name does not appear in any of the pages.
At the time of the trial he had not yet been officially identified.
Approval took place in early December 1948.

The focus of these pages is Michio Kunkitake.

Specification 5. f.

This Specification is in the last page and in there are the names of Sgt Pellicot and Lt Lehnen.
They were identified at the Jonan Rifle Range burial site.

Within is the statement:

" (12) other unindentified American Prisoners of War executed by shooting. "

All of these men were later officially identified.

The date of execution is stated as
On or about 5 August 1945.

Within Sgt Shiber's IDPF are the ambiguous dates of
early August or first half of August.

I believe that the 15 August 1945 date of death is an
Administrative Decision as no record could be found
stating specifically when the execution took place.
