The first document is a transcript of a radio message
sent on 29 October 1948 requesting
dental information ( Form 371 ) from the named POWs.

A reply to this message, dated 28 November 1948,
is below the Board of Review document.

At the bottom of the page is a request by the
8th Army Quartermaster to have Unknowns 306 and 314
be identifed as part of a group of four names.
