The original color in the first three documents was green
with faint print that was essentially unreadable.

They have been converted to gray scale to improve readabliity.
In these pages evidence used to establish Sgt Olson's identity is presented.

You will see references to Exhibits that appear in other pages within this section.

Approval of Identification at the Field Level was made on 15 September 1948.

On 21 September 1948 a letter was sent from
the US Army Quartermaster General to
Commanding General, Eight Army, requesting that records be updated.

The last document on this page is dated 8 October 1948
and is a corrected Report of Interment.
The Emergency Addressee is James B Wolfe ( Uncle ), Box 105, Deer Park, Washington.

He is not the Legal Next of Kin.

This will cause a problem within the Quartermaster Corps that is
presented in the Coming Home and Next of Kin pages.
