The first document is the Bombing Data for the 499th Bomb Group.
In the upper right corner is the notation that V5 (3513) failed to return.

Based upon where the aircraft was lost,
it was quite likely that she dropped her bombs over the target.

Among the data in this table are the B-29 tail number
and last four digits of the Serial Number. V5 does not appear in the list.

Under the column TIME OF RELEASE you will note that the aircraft bombed individually.
Bombing altitude ranged from 8-9000 feet

At the lower left corner is the notation GENERAL'S AIRCRAFT.

At the bottom of Table I in Page 1 is the notation that a 499th Crew flew this Wing HQ TB-29.

Terrible Terry is the nickname and the tail designation is A Square 41, 42-63425.
Brigadier General Emmett O'Donnell was the Aircraft Commander.

You will note that this aircraft was the last of the 499th to drop its bomb load.
Also, its altitude was at 21,000 feet.

At the bottom of this page are two Mission Blackboards.

There is no mention of Terrible Terry in the 499th but
the name does appear in the 497th as TERRY 4.

General O'Donnell's name appears aas the Pilot ( Aircraft Commander ) .
