The first has the names and status of each of the nine men.
At the right side each is listed as MIA and at the left are handwritten updates.

At the time of this report, Sgt Osborne's status was DED ( Declared Dead )
as he had not yet been identified.

The second page of the report has a list of either
Next of Kin or Emergency Addressee.

This list was sent to each family member by
the Office of the Quartermaster General.
