The first document is a telegram notifying the New York Port of Embarkation of
SSgt Pellicot's scheduled burial at Baltimore National Cemetery.
Next is the Recipt of Remains dated 21 March 1949.

The last document seems to be related to an
Application for Headstone and is dated 21 March 1949.

Within this form SSgt Pellicot's name is not spelled correctly and
his date of birth is stated as 17 October 1923.

This led to his Headstone at Baltimore National Cemetery
having incorrect information.

explain efforts being made to correct this situation.
