In October, 1946, Mr Lee Roy Sparks received a letter from Major General Thomas B Larkin.

He was provided the location where his son was currently buried in Yokohama.

Additional information would be provided at a
later date regarding his son's final interment.

In a letter dated 7 June 1948, Mr Sparks is requested to fill out the form
Request for Disposition of Remains.

The two pages of this form are below the letter and
begin the first stage of Sgt Logan M Sparks journey home.
