In this page are documents from Case History 051.

32 remains were recovered at the Koishikawa Military Cemetery ( KMC ).

The first document lists the names of the 26 who were individually identified.
Sgt Walk is number 19.

At the right hand side the row and grave marker locations are
those of the United States Armed Forces ( USAF ) Cemetery Yokohama #1.

Some of the POWs have the designation
ZI ( Zone of Interior ) ( United States ).

These dates most likely are when the
remains were transferred from the Cemetery to
the American Graves Registration Service Port Facility at Yokohama.
Sgt Walk's hand written date is 6 October 1949.

Following this list are two documents with similar information.

The first one is a List of Deceased POWs from Cpl Stanley Forystek's IDPF.

Each name is followed by the date and place of death.
In the second page is the cause of death.
Sgt Walk died of Acute Pneumonia on 1 May 1945.

The title of the second document begins with
LIST OF RECEPTION CONDITION .....

At the right side of the page is the age of each POW and
the date of the B-29 crash ( Date of Fall ).
