Below are three Reports of Interment
with similar information.

The first is dated 16 April 1946 when
Lt Warde's remains ( X-366 ) were buried at
United States Armed Forces ( USAF ) Cemetery Yokohama #1.

The next one is dated 10 April 1947 and
Lt Warde's status has been updated
to reflect his identification on 3 March 1947.

Last is the report dated 17 May 1948.

His remains were transferred from
USAF Cemetery Yokohama #2 to
USAF Mausoleum Yokohama #2.

there is no documentation of how and why
his remains were transferred
from Yokohama to Army Mausoleum #3 at Schofield Barracks .
