The two pages of this Appendix are below and
in the second page the final sentence states:

Identification of Wittee is regarded as positive

Recovery at the Shinodayama Military Maneuver Area
took place between 15 and 18 April 1946.

Next is the form Report of Disinterment for Idenfitication.
The information is similar to the first document with the addition of a dental chart.

Missing in Lt Wittee's IDPF are documents concerning recommendation for
Approval of Identification in the Field.

This would be followed by another document within the
Office of the Quartermaster General approving this recommendation.
