The eight documents in this section provide a brief summary of what took place with the crew members following the loss of Capt Newell's B-29.

The first page is titled Case History No. 201. Capt Newell and SSgt Combs are within this Case History while the remaing nine men are in Case History 328.

Next are two pages from Missing Air Crew Report 14911. The cover page is followed by the first page of the formal report. You will see MIA ( typewritten ) at the far right side for each man and KIA ( handwritten ) at the left margin.

Below the MACR is a document from Headquarters Eighth Army with the subject of these three pages:

The first paragraph concerns Capt Newell and SSgt Combs and the second contains a very brief summary of the other nine men, five whose status was unknown at the time of this report.

The final two documents are from Japanese sources and provide a summary of the crash and the status of the crew.
