Throughout the Trial document, SSgt Pellicot's name, along with Lt Louis Lehnen ,
appears a half dozen times within the charges and specifications of each accused.

Three of the pages concerning Michio Kunitake are below and
are representative of the other accused.

Kunitake's Charges and Specifications begin in the lower half of the first page.

Specification 5 in the second page begins a list that includes Sgt Pellicot.
His name appears in Paragraph f. in the third page.

In there the Specification states the names of SSgt Pellicot, Lt Lehnen,
and 12 other unidentified Prisoners of War being shot on or about 5 August 1945.

Documents in the Recovery and Identification section state that
SSgt Pellicot was executed in ' the first half of August '.

These differences in date of execution lead me to believe that the
date 15 August 1945 that appears in Official Documents is an
Administrative Decision.
Unfortunately, there is nothing in his IDPF that can confirm this.
