There is no date when this was created.
My best guess is sometime in the first half of 1950.

This was when attempts to identify all unknown POWs
were concluded and the remains transported to
the Fort McKinley Military Cemetery in Manila.
This cemetery is now known as the Manila American Cemetery.

The remains of the 37 Unknowns from the Tokyo Military Prison Fire were in this group.

The documents in Pages 2 and 3 are arranged by B-29 Serial Number and " date of loss "

Each crew member on the aircraft is listed. The Unknown names are in Capital letters.

Lt Redinger's name is Number 3. He was a member of the Capt Elmer Hahn crew .
