The first document is Jim Bowman's History of the Edward Law Crew.

Additional details can be found in the
Sgt Ray Hopper
section

_________________________

Sgt Hopper was one of the 10 members of the crew to
safely bail out of their B-29.
He also was the only one to survive the war.

The other nine died at the Tokyo Military Prison fire 25-26 May 1945.

Post war, the Quartermaster General contacted him
and requestd any information that he had
concerning how the B-29 was lost and
the status of his fellow crew members.

Following Jim's history is a Google map of the crash location
at Machida and
two crew photos.

The first was taken on Saipan and
the second at Pyote AAF, Texas, in January 1945.
