They interviewed civilians associated
with Chiba City Hall.

These statements are questionable.

Three bodies taken to a military hospital ( Kokuritsu ).
" No one knew where they came from."

First two arrive dead and the third dies 2 hours later.
" No records on dead men entering hospital. "

" On 6 December brought to City Hall by military police for burial."
