In this page are three formation diagrams.


The first is the Route Out,
Capt Samuelson, flying Z Square 12 ( Z-12 ),
is in the first sqadron at the lower right corner.

Also in this formation are Z-31, Z-10, and
an unreadable Tail number ( possibly Z-11 ).

Next is the diagram at the Initial Point ( IP ) at Kofu.
Both Z-12 and Z-31 have fallen behind.

In the last diagram over the Secondary Target,
both Z-12 and Z-31 are missing.
