The first document is a Report of Disinterment for Identification dated 7 July 1947.

This is followed by four dental charts, the first comparing the dental records of
one recovered remains with Lt Franz's records while he was
in the United States during 1944.

The last document is dated 18 November 1947 and
there is an entry at the bottom left side :

Yokohama Identity Lab.

This was the Central Identification Laboratory where very
thorough steps were taken to identify recovered remains.
