The 73rd Bomb Wing Control Center kept updated information on
each of its four Bomb Groups during the mission.

The Blackboards for the 73rd Bomb Wing and 500th Bomb Group are below.

The time that each aircraft took off is noted as well as when it returned to Saipan.
Note that two B-29s landed at Iwo Jima due to low fuel.

Lt Law's name, flying Z-11, is close to the bottom.
Take off took place at 2046 ( 8:46 pm )
and in the far right column Z-11's status is Missing.
