The 2nd and 3rd documents contain information that

These are the Report of Interment ( Reinterment ) 3 May 1946 and
Report of Interment ( Storage ) 26 October 1948.

The first document was definitely prepared at Yokohama Cemetery #1.
Date of death is 15 August 1945
and
Identification was recommended by the Board of Review on 7 October 1948.

A few weeks later formal approval was granted by the
Office of the Quartermaster General.

The second Report is Corrected with a date of death 26 June 1945.
Towards the bottom is a stamp with the words
AGRS MAUSOLEUM MANILA, P.I.
