Documents in this page include two different formats for
Missing Air Crew Report ( MACR ) 14911.

This report was required to be filed within 48-72 hours of
a B-29 failing to return to base.

The original report stated that their status was Missing in Action ( MIA )
and was later changed to Killed in Action (KIA).

The second version follows and is undated.
The status of each crew member
is stated in the far right column.

Note that for five of the crew, including Sgt Wall, date of death is 15 August 1945.

Note that this differs in certain respects from information in the second MACR .
