Note in Paragraph 3, Weather Conditions,
that the the Cloud Cover was 10/10 and
the B-29s were flying under Instrument Conditions.

The last known location of Captain Newell's B-29
was at coordinates 33 15' N - 134 04' E.

This would place the B-29 at the Assembly Area.
